Welcome to our school.

We are a very friendly, medium-sized, family owned school in the heart of historic Canterbury within an attractive old building only two minutes walk from the town centre with its shops and cafes and the main cathedral.

There are eight classrooms on four floors plus a computer room with free internet access, a ping pong room, a Tudor-style beamed lounge and a beautiful medieval walled garden for exclusive student use. Our social programme includes evenings at the school and regular excursions to stunning local castles and great cities like London, Brighton, Oxford and Cambridge.

The town centre offers restaurants, cafes, university theatres, cinemas, museums, churches, antiques, old buildings, shopping, local art shows plus plenty of British history. All our teachers are fully qualified and many of them have been with us for many years. You may begin a course on any Monday and we have a variety of course types to suit different needs. The school runs general, intensive, examination IELTs/Cambridge, business English and one- to-one courses.

Canterbury has good rail and road links with nearby London, Dover and the Channel Tunnel as well as easy access from Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports

ON ALL COURSES
All accommodation is usually shared with another student of a different nationality. A single room can usually be reserved at an additional charge of £15 - £20 per week. Optional Hotels, Boarding Houses or Self Accommodation – by arrangement.. Heathrow/Gatwick/Stansted airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of £104 per journey. *BOOKS: Short term - free usage with deposit. Long term - students usually buy their books.. All Courses:- Certificated. Free:- Internet Room FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE The school is CLOSED on ENGLISH PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Please note: Registration fee £50. NO Placement fee. July-August Supplement £10 per week. All Prices are inclusive. Prices are with and without Host Family accommodation. (Our popular General English course with certificate is COURSE B mornings only).
