While you are at St. Peter’s you will work on your grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading and writing. There will be emphasis on both accuracy and fluency. You can start any Monday. We have many courses from IELTs, Cambridge, General English (Course B) and Intensive English (Course A and A+) and one to one English or English and Business courses.

The first lessons of the day (9.00am – 10.30am) focuses on learning new language. After the break (11.00am-12.30pm) you will concentrate on the four skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing). We use up to date course books in our classes as all materials are supplied by us. We also have a free computer room for student’s use.

If you choose to study in the afternoons, the focus will be on practising what you have learnt in different situations.

We have weekly tests as well as regular tutorials to help you see your progress. You will study in classes of mixed nationalities with a maximum of 16 students per class.

Summary:

Intensive English full time (Course A+, 30 hours). From 09.00am to 4.50pm , Monday to Friday with no free afternoon.

Intensive English part time (Course A, 21 hours). From 09.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, one free afternoon.

Cambridge preparation (Course C) full-time course preparing for the Cambridge University Examination: courses begin in January, March and September.

General English (Course B, 15 hours) mornings only – from 9.00am to 12.30pm with a morning break.
Intensive English mild (Course A, 21 hours) mornings to 3.00pm every day with Friday afternoon free for student use.

Cambridge preparation (Course C). Full-time course preparing for the Cambridge University Examination (details of dates on Index on your left – click on ‘CAMBRIDGE EXAM COURSE’)

English and Golf (Course G). mornings only English lessons – from 9.00 tom 12.30 followed by 4 afternoons of golf in one of the best courses in Kent with expert golfing tuition.

Summer Course (Course E) organised programme of social and sporting activities combined with lessons in the morning. We also offer English and Golf. All our host families are within walking distance.
